MiniTrack is built as a practical painting tool for miniature hobbyists. These Terms summarize the main usage rules, ownership, and disclaimers for the app.
MiniTrack, the Blunderbrush name, the MiniTrack logo, and the visual design of the app and website are the property of Blunderbrush. All rights reserved.
You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, export, or share through MiniTrack, including project notes, painting guides, reference images, and exported files.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you choose to import, export, or share using the app.
MiniTrack may offer optional in-app purchases, including a Pro unlock or similar premium features.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable. Blunderbrush does not process payment card information directly.
Refund eligibility, billing issues, and purchase management are subject to the policies, tools, and processes of the applicable app store. Where the platform allows it, Blunderbrush may also choose to assist or issue a refund at its discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MiniTrack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blunderbrush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of MiniTrack.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
