Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 5, 2026

MiniTrack is designed to keep your painting data local-first and practical. This page explains what the app stores, what may leave the device, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

Overview

Camera and photo access

What leaves the device

Storage, retention, and deletion

Optional in-app purchases

MiniTrack may introduce optional in-app purchases, including a Pro unlock or similar premium features.

If optional in-app purchases are enabled in the future, payments will be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Blunderbrush directly.

If MiniTrack later uses a purchase infrastructure provider such as RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore entitlements, or prevent fraud, this policy will be updated to describe that processing more specifically.

GDPR and EEA users

If you are located in the European Economic Area, MiniTrack is designed so that most hobby data remains on your device rather than being centrally stored by Blunderbrush.

Where personal data is processed, it is processed only as necessary to provide the app's functionality, answer support requests, comply with legal obligations, or support optional purchase flows if those are introduced.

You may contact us regarding privacy requests, including access, correction, or deletion requests where applicable. In many cases, local app data can also be removed directly by deleting it in the app or uninstalling the app.

Children's privacy

MiniTrack is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

Questions about privacy can be sent to hello@blunderbrush.com.
