What to include in your email

• Your device model and operating system version.
• Which part of MiniTrack you were using when the issue happened.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
• Screenshots or screen recordings, if you have them.
• If relevant, whether the issue affects Projects, Vault, Guides, Timer, or Paints.

What we can help with

• App crashes, broken screens, missing buttons, or layout issues.
• Problems with the timer, stage progress, Vault references, guides, or PDF generation.
• Questions about backups, exports, imports, or local data behavior.
• Restore purchase issues or Pro unlock problems once optional in-app purchases are live.
• Privacy, legal, or data-handling questions related to MiniTrack.

Optional purchases and refunds

MiniTrack may offer optional in-app purchases such as a Pro unlock. Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by Blunderbrush directly.

If a purchase becomes available and you run into trouble, first try the in-app Restore purchases action. For billing or refund questions, the final refund rules are set by the store platform you used.
